“Materials for extreme environments” was a major topic at the “EUROMAT-Congress” in Prague, 5 to 8 September 2005. The papers presented under this topic are now available.

On 14-15 November 2005, the European Commission's Directorate-General for Research will host the second “Communicating European Research” conference. ExtreMat is selected to participate in the "Showcase of European Research".
